AI features anonymize client data before it leaves our servers. Client consent is baked into every data share.

LILO is built and hosted in Europe. Data stored in EU regions, payments processed through Stripe Connect, emails through Resend, infrastructure on Vercel and Supabase.
GDPR compliance is not a checkbox — consent is tracked per client, data sharing is explicit, and our trainer-side AI coaching features anonymize personally identifiable information before sending a single character to a model. (Client-side meal-photo scanning works differently: it's opt-in, user-initiated, and the photo itself is never stored — see the Privacy Policy for the details.)
