How does LILO make money?
One way: your subscription. LILO takes 0% of session payments — trainers keep the full amount, paid directly into their own Stripe account. That means every coaching feature is in every plan, with nothing hidden in the payment flow.
What if I outgrow my client cap?
Upgrade anytime — no migration, no data shuffling, no support ticket. We’ll nudge you in-product before you hit the cap so it doesn’t catch you off guard.
Are AI features really the same on every plan?
The features are identical. The only difference is a fair daily quota that scales with your plan, so heavier users land on higher tiers. Quotas reset every 24 hours.
Monthly or yearly — what’s the difference?
Yearly billing is roughly 20% cheaper per month. Same product, same features, same client cap — you just lock in a lower rate. Switch any time.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens after the free trial?
14 days free, no card required. Before your trial ends we’ll email you a link to add a card so coaching keeps running. If you don’t, the trial ends quietly — no surprise charges, no chasing.
Do my clients need to pay?
No. Your subscription covers the platform. Clients get the free LILO mobile app with the paid LILO PRO tier unlocked while they train with you — muscle heatmap, progression charts, habit tracking, body measurements — at no extra cost to them or you.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in beyond the term you choose: monthly plans cancel any time, yearly plans run to the end of the paid year.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes — every price shown is the total price including VAT. There’s nothing added at checkout.
